Pumpkin Miso Soup

One of the easiest & tastiest way to eat pumpkin (other than just having it roasted on its own or boiled) is to make it into pumpkin soup. Since my previous blog post is on chicken stock, I thought I should add a post to share what I use my stock for! For a twist of the usual pumpkin soup – I’m gonna MISO it.
